Assets Explore Scam Warning: Fixed-Return Crypto Plans

Assets Explore brings gold, silver, uranium, real estate and shares together under a single "assets" banner, but it is a site that sells fixed-return plans without giving real access to any of these products. The FCA added assetsexplore.net to its list of unauthorised firms on 28 October 2026.

In short: Assets Explore is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). It takes money from investors in crypto and uses a plan structure that shows a daily percentage return and a referral bonus. Claiming this money back is legally possible.

🚩 How Are the Plans Built?

The site offers one-week plans with daily rates that rise as the amount grows, and a package that promises monthly returns under the name "home/car plan". A referral bonus is added to every package, which means the source of the returns is new incoming money. Payment is taken through a "buy crypto" section embedded in the site, and the money is moved to crypto wallets so that its trail is lostTR.

🔍 Findings

  • The domain was registered in July 2026, while the site says it has operated "since 2008".
  • The FCA entry gives an address in the Gladesmore Road area of London.
  • The site also offers a service to "convert" lost crypto and DeFi assets into money; this is a hook that targets earlier victims a second time.

Assets Explore is not authorised by SPK (see the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions). Schemes of this kind are treated under the provision on qualified fraud committed through computer systems in Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code.

There is no record of this; the metal, real estate and share headings serve only as a shop front.

What is the home/car plan?

It is a package that promises a longer-term return in exchange for a larger amount; its logic is the same as the other plans.
