asset-finnans.com (AssetFinnance) Scam Warning: AI Trading

asset-finnans.com is the second domain of the AssetFinnance operation, which collects money by promising "AI-powered trading algorithms" and a portfolio managed in a pooled account. The new address, with one letter changed, was registered one day after the first address, asset-finnance.com, was suspended.
🔍 Two Domains, One Operation
The UK FCA published a warning for the first address on 26 January 2026 and for asset-finnans.com on 24 July 2026; both entries give the same address: White House Lane, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7UE. The findings are:
- Email: [email protected] (previous: [email protected])
- asset-finnance.com was suspended on 11 February 2026; asset-finnans.com was registered on 12 February 2026.
- The new domain is also suspended today and cannot be reached.
🚩 Why Is the Withdrawal Locked?
First contact is made on LinkedIn by an "account manager" who introduces himself as "David"; a small starting investment shows quick profits on the dashboard and prepares the ground for larger transfers. When a withdrawal is requested, the account is handed over to a compliance officer called "Clara".
- Days of delay under the pretext of a "liquidity check" and bank verification
- Requests for an identity selfie, a bill, a bank statement and a video declaration
- The account is frozen under a "mandatory financial compliance review" and extra tax or fees are demanded
- In the end, an explanation that the money was "used up in the pool at a loss"
In its decision dated 08.09.2025, Docket No. 2025/549 (E.), Decision No. 2025/10818 (K.), the 11th Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation treated a crypto investment taken on the promise of high profit, followed by repeated demands for new money and blocked access to the account, as the subject of a qualified fraud investigation.

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
