Bexton Capital Scam Warning: Profit Shown, Account Stopped Out

Bexton Capital is an operation that presents itself as a brokerage and tells the people it reaches by phone that their investment will be managed "with expert support". A relationship that starts with a small first payment is built up with profit shown on the screen; the moment a withdrawal is requested, the account is driven into loss, and then a new payment request arrives every time.

🚩 The Cycle of Showing Profit and Stopping at Withdrawal
The first contact is made through an unsolicited phone call. The caller says the investment will be managed with the support of a specialist and suggests starting with a low amount. After the first payment, the person who introduces himself as the "expert" opens trades, for example on gold, and the balance is shown as having doubled in a short time. This stage is a shop front designed to make the investor trust the system.
The breaking point is the withdrawal request. When the investor wants to withdraw their gains, the same "expert" opens trades against the market direction and the account quickly goes stop, meaning it falls below the margin level and the positions are closed. The sentence that follows is always the same: a new payment is needed to make up the loss and bring the account back to life. After each new payment the cycle repeats, and the amount requested is larger in every round than in the one before.
In this scheme the person who causes the loss and the person who offers the solution are the same. The party that opens the trades also decides when the account will stop out; the explanation that "the market turned" is therefore nothing but a description of the preference of the party that controls the screen. Victim statements stress that not a single withdrawal was ever completed during this process.
In earlier user reports a similar withdrawal obstacle was described under the name of a "lot refund process": the withdrawal request was refused on this ground, the account was closed to both trading and withdrawal, and an additional payment was demanded to open it. A separate request to "send the commission to the account" before a withdrawal, even though the balance appeared sufficient, is part of the same scheme. At a genuine brokerage the commission is deducted from the balance in the account; no separate money is requested.
🔄 Moving the Account to "Google Trader" and the So-Called Credit
At a later stage of the cycle the account is moved to another platform called "Google Trader". The investor is told that the move is an improvement. After the move, however, it is reported that the money deposited does not appear in the account, and that the firm says it has recorded a "credit" to the account instead.
This step serves two purposes. First, the link between the investor's own payments and the figure in the account is cut; it becomes unclear how much of the amount on the screen belongs to the investor. Second, the "credit" entry prepares the ground for a new debt story: when a withdrawal is requested, it can be said that the credit must be repaid first. Whatever the platform is called, this move gives the investor no right; it only blurs the trail of the money further on the screen. That the name includes a well-known technology brand is no assurance either; names of this kind are chosen in most cases to create trust.
🔒 Making the Account Inactive on the Ground of "No Trading Activity"
In the final stage it is reported that the account is made inactive on the ground that no trades were made for a period, and the ability to log in is removed. Yet the party that opened and closed the trades in the account from the start is the person introduced as the "expert"; the ground of inactivity is a fault placed on the investor for an account they never controlled.
At the same time as the account is closed, communication is cut. Because all the correspondence is carried out on WhatsApp, once the "expert" blocks the number the investor is left with neither account access nor a contact. For this reason screenshots, WhatsApp conversations and bank receipts are the only records that can be preserved before the account closes.
🔍 Information Identified
- Brand: Bexton Capital; website address bextoncapital.com
- Linked platform: The trading screen called "Google Trader" to which accounts are moved
- Reputation-management domains: bextoncapitalsikayet.com, bextoncapitalkimin.com, bextoncapitalguvenilirmi.com: addresses acquired to catch searches for the firm name combined with "complaint", "whose is it" and "is it reliable" (in Turkish)
- Method of approach: An unsolicited phone call; afterwards communication takes place only on WhatsApp
- Contact numbers: The recorded numbers are reported not to answer ordinary voice calls
- Payment method: Bank transfer (havale/EFT); IBANs registered in the name of a different person or company are given for each transfer, and payments are not made to an account opened in the name of the firm
- Reasons given for blocking withdrawal: Having the account stopped out through counter trades, the "lot refund process", a request to send commission, the so-called credit entry, and making the account inactive for lack of trading
- Timeline: Complaints began in 2025; there are also long, multi-round accounts of loss that started at the end of 2024 and extend into 2026
- SPK registration: None
That each payment goes to a different name is also significant. In a corporate investment relationship, client money is collected in an account opened in the institution's own name. That the money is directed to a different recipient each time shows that it never entered any institutional structure called Bexton Capital and was split up to scatter its trail.
⚖️ SPK Authorisation and Legal Position
Bexton Capital is not authorised by SPK; the entities that may provide investment services in Türkiye appear on the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. Article 39 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 provides that investment services and activities may be carried out only with an operating permit from the Board.
A scheme of showing profit, driving the account into loss at the point of withdrawal and asking for a new payment in every round is among the acts assessed under the qualified fraud provisions set out in Article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code.
🛡️ Checks Before Investing
- Looking up the name of the firm that phones you in the SPK list of authorised institutions; if it is not on the list, it cannot provide investment services.
- Treating an IBAN whose recipient name does not exactly match the name of the institution you are investing with as a warning sign.
- Treating operations whose communication runs only on WhatsApp and which have no corporate address or landline as ones to be ruled out before investing.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
This scheme, which starts with a cold call, drives the account into loss through an "expert" and is enlarged with a so-called credit entry, is not specific to one brand. We have covered other platforms where the same sequence was seen.
- Fox Capital: a chain starting with a cold call and a balance inflated with a "company credit"TR
- EkoKapital: an account run on WhatsApp and turned into debt through a credit entryTR
- Hix Danışmanlık: a loss cycle built on the concept of "stop"TR
- Latos Capital: back-to-back payment rounds and calls that continue after the lossTR
- How the promise "let the expert trade for you" worksTR
🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
- The IBANs and names to which payments were made are collected from the receipts into a single table; the route followed by the victim is built around this table.
- An asset investigationTR is carried out through the holders of the accounts the money reached.
- For the unauthorised activity aspect, the SPK review and criminal complaint processTR is assessed.
- The legal nature of withdrawals locked by bonus and credit entries is examined within the framework of the method of granting a bonus and locking withdrawalTR.
