Mono Capital Forex Scam: 100% Bonus and Lot Trap

Mono Capital, also referred to as Mono Kapital in some conversations, is a forex platform that gathers users through the domain mono-capital.com and an Instagram account. The investor is first offered a "100 per cent bonus"; the bonus is then cited as the reason for a lot requirement, and the account is pushed into high-risk trades. Accounts wiped out within a short time and profitable trades that disappear from the record are the common thread in the reports.
🎁 The 100 Per Cent Bonus and the Lot Requirement Trap
The scheme that Mono Capital has recently put forward is a "100 per cent bonus" equal to the amount deposited. Releasing the bonus and the money in the account is made conditional on reaching a high lot volume, out of proportion to the deposit; the representative says this volume will be completed "within a few days, with our support".
To fill the volume, the investor is insistently steered towards opening trades in the diesel (fuel) instrument. Large positions opened in this highly volatile product end with the account being wiped out before the promised time runs out. It is also reported that trades closed at a profit during the same period are deleted from the account history; the record on the screen is edited so that it shows only the loss.
🚫 Other Methods Used by Mono Capital
- Unrealistic profit promises: High and regular returns are described in the first conversations.
- Steered losses: Trades proposed by the representative are opened at a size that deliberately puts the account at risk.
- Stalling with small withdrawals: Small withdrawals are occasionally allowed to renew trust, while large amounts are held back.
- Constantly changing intermediary accounts: Money transfers are received through different bank accounts and intermediary company names.
- Fake licence documents and Telegram memberships: Documents prepared to inspire confidence are shared, and paid Telegram groups are also used as a channel for steering.

🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
Tying a bonus to a lot requirement and eroding the account with high-risk trades is a scheme we have met on many platforms. We have previously covered other operations following the same steps:
- The method of locking withdrawals with a bonus and lot requirementTR
- Eko Yatırım: bonus incentives and pressure towards high-risk positionsTR
- EkoKapital: withdrawals held back by a volume requirementTR
- Lotas Capital: accounts eroded through a lot targetTR
🧭 The Legal Process for a Victim
- Criminal complaint stage: The incident and the flow of payments are presented to the competent authorities; how this works is described in the article on the criminal complaint process in forex fraud.
- Determining the nature of the offence: Because an information system and a corporate appearance are used, the qualified fraud provisionsTR come into play.
- Validity of the contract: The invalidity of the account opening contractTR concluded with an unauthorised platform leads to the result that the bonus conditions are not legally binding either.
