Delta N1 Capital Scam: Accounts Deleted, Withdrawals Blocked

Delta N1 Capital (deltan1capital.com) is a forex firm that tries to gain trust with the promises it makes to investors, yet has been the subject of many reports of harm. The company is alleged to start investors with small amounts, steer them over time into depositing continually, and then drive the accounts into losses or ignore withdrawal requests. New user reports also show accounts being deleted unilaterally on the basis of account rules that were never disclosed beforehand.
🚩 Delta N1 Capital Scam Methods
- 📌 Misleading investment advice: The company's advisers are said to steer clients into opening losing trades, accounts are zeroed within a short time while client requests are ignored, and no support is provided.
- 📌 Product manipulation: Prices of the products used are said not to match market data; in products such as coal (Coal) in particular, values different from real exchange prices are shown and accounts are driven into losses.
- 📌 Withdrawal problems: Many investors say they received no reply to their withdrawal requests and that their money was blocked on unjustified grounds.
- 📌 Bonus assignment: Bonuses are reported to be added to accounts to raise trading volume, while the bonus conditions are not clearly explained to the investor.
- 📌 Loss of contact: The advisers managing the accounts are reported to disappear after a while, phones go unanswered and no one can be reached.
- 📌 Licence problems: The company has no reassuring regulation or licence; the documents it is claimed to hold are also said to have expired.
⛔ The Negative Balance Rule and Account Deletion
User reports say that even investors who had traded on the platform for a long time ran into a rule never communicated to them before: that no new trade can be opened once the account balance falls negative. The existence of this rule was learned only after the problem occurred; the account, which had no open position and held both a bonus and the investor's own money, was then deleted without any prior notice.
When the investor reached the firm over WhatsApp, responsibility is reported to have been rejected on the ground of an "internal regulation". Putting forward rules afterwards that are not clearly in the agreement and were not notified to the investor in advance is a typical sign of a unilateral and unsupervised way of working. Some reports say that after a complaint a representative with the title of portfolio manager phoned the investor on the firm's behalf and settled the matter; individual settlements of this kind do not change the platform's unlicensed status or the position of other investors.
