Nova Trade Invest Scam Warning: Withdrawals Blocked, Extra Fees

Nova Trade Invest is a scheme that promises investors profit from forex and crypto trading, but at the withdrawal stage the investor meets delays, repeated demands for more money and pressure that goes as far as insults. The platform was promoted through the address nova-markets.com; in 2026 it came up again in Turkish forex warning channels under the spelling "NOVA İNVETSMENT".
🚨 How the Nova Trade Invest Scam Works
In the reports that reached us, the Nova Trade Invest scheme appears to work in the following stages:
- Building trust: People calling as a "customer representative" introduce themselves as if they were phoning from a bank to create a corporate image, and keep the relationship going by promising to send the investor regular "bulletins".
- Transfer through a crypto exchange: The investor is asked to send the money not directly to the platform but through a crypto exchange. This is the stage where the money leaves the banking system and becomes harder to trace.
- Fake contract: The investor is given a contract that looks corporate; the document is used to strengthen the impression that the scheme is a real legal entity.
- Withdrawal block and stalling: When a withdrawal is requested, the request stays unapproved for weeks, and questions are met with short, meaningless answers to buy time.
- Repeated demands for more money and pressure: The scheme asks the investor again and again for additional payments; when the demand is refused, it tries to intimidate the victim with insults and swearing.
- Loss of contact: Once the loss becomes clear, the "investment experts" and officials can no longer be reached, and calls and messages go unanswered.
The fact that pressure turns into abuse once an extra payment is refused shows that the real aim of the scheme is to collect money, not to trade. An institution under supervision would not speak to an investor in this way.
🔤 What Does the "NOVA İNVETSMENT" Spelling Mean?
In May 2026 the name "NOVA İNVETSMENT" was listed as a brand under complaint in Turkish forex warning channels. The shifted letters in the spelling ("İnvetsment" instead of "Investment") are seen in schemes of this kind for two reasons: either the name is used in this form in the messages and documents sent to victims, or the name is deliberately distorted so that it does not match earlier warning articles in search engines.
In both cases the result is the same: the investor thinks they have met a new platform called "Nova" and cannot find earlier complaints. "Nova Invest", "Nova Trade Invest" and "Nova İnvetsment" should be treated as different spellings of the same scheme. A change of name does not show that the scheme has closed; it shows that it keeps reaching new people.
The word "Nova" is used by many independent brands in the forex and crypto sector. For that reason not every platform whose name starts with Nova is linked to this scheme; what matters is the domain, the channel used and the method.
🔍 Names and Numbers Mentioned in Reports
The following names were reported as being used as supposed representatives in contacts with investors on behalf of Nova Trade Invest:
- Fadil: Described as the person who called investors, said he would send bulletins and tried to persuade them to invest.
- Bilal Can Yalçınkaya and Ahmet Emin Baysan also appear in the reports.
- Phone numbers: The lines +381 62 1866485 and 0531 871 1967 were reported as being used.
It is often unclear whether the names used in schemes of this kind are real identities; using a foreign-coded line together with a local line is a common sight in call-centre style operations.

🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
Schemes that have the money sent through a crypto exchange, ask for extra payments at withdrawal and present themselves as a bank or representative are not a single case. We have covered other platforms where the same scheme was seen:
- Call-centre operations run by a staff of representatives who keep callingTR
- Fake calls made in the name of a crypto exchangeTR
- Money transfers through crypto at Capital Forex Menkul DeğerlerTR
- A separate scheme with a similar name: Trade Nova GlobalTR
🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
SPK Board Decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 treats bringing Turkish investors together with foreign platforms for leveraged trading as unauthorised activity. The process a victim goes through generally consists of the following steps:
- Tracing the money: tracking money transferred to a crypto exchangeTR
- Application: the criminal complaint process, in which correspondence, voice recordings and payment receipts are added to the case
- Routes for recovery: refund of money from a foreign forex firm
