CryptoIFX Scam Warning: Telegram Advisers and Negative Balances

CryptoIFX (an operation also known as Kriptoifx Limited) is a platform that reaches investors with the promise of crypto and forex investment and wins trust through "adviser" guidance and educational content. Investors open accounts hoping to grow their money; however, as a result of risky trades directed by advisers, the accounts melt away into negative balances, while withdrawal requests are refused on various pretexts.
🚩 The CryptoIFX Fraud Method
CryptoIFX's approach to investors is built on educational content and a personal adviser relationship. The elements that stand out in user reports are as follows:
- Outdated educational content: The training material offered to investors is reported to be out of line with market conditions and to mislead new investors.
- Constant pressure to invest again: Advisers keep asking for additional deposits, on the grounds of protecting the existing balance or "not missing the opportunity".
- Arbitrary cancellation of agreements: Users who stop investing are reported to have their agreements cancelled unilaterally and to be cut off from contact.
- Collection in crypto: Trust is first built through bank transfers (havale/EFT) to company accounts; later, on grounds such as a swap fee, payment is requested in crypto assets such as USDT/ETH, in an attempt to lose the trail of the money.
📉 The Telegram Adviser and the Negative Balance Scheme
New victim statements since the summer of 2024 show more clearly the scheme the operation runs through advisers. After the account is opened, a person who introduces himself as the platform's adviser contacts the investor on Telegram. This adviser decides the timing and size of the trades and has the investor open high-risk positions; as a result the account is quickly pushed into a negative balance.
When the investor requests a withdrawal, starting with small amounts, the requests are refused again and again, and the adviser tries to talk the investor out of it with reasons such as "making a withdrawal will harm your account". When the investor insists, the adviser blocks the investor on Telegram and cuts off communication completely. This sequence is a typical example of the method run with the promise that an "expert is trading"TR.
