BluePeak Option Scam Warning: Unlicensed Forex and CFD Plans

The contact page of BluePeak Option lists two email addresses: one on its own domain and one belonging to a different site, apexvestmarkets.com. Although it offers no options product despite the word "Option" in its name, the scheme actually sells forex and CFD investment plans, and its domain was bought through a registrar based in Türkiye.

In short: BluePeak Option is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and was added to the FCA warning list on 1 October 2026. Plans starting from as little as USD 15 are used to get a person used to the platform. Claiming the money back is legally possible.

The second email address shows that the same team is also operating, or preparing to operate, under the name apexvestmarkets.com.

  • Starter: 13.5% (USD 15–1,599)
  • Standard: 3% (USD 15–100,000)
  • VIP Basic: 16.71% (USD 10,000–29,999)
  • "Baseic" (sic): 150% per trade

The very low entry amount makes the first step easy; the person is then steered towards the VIP plans.

⚖️ SPK Authorisation

BluePeak Option is not authorised by the SPK (see the list of SPK-authorised institutions). SPK Decision No. 8/297 prohibits unauthorised intermediation in leveraged trading.
