Exclusive Markets Scam Warning: FCA Alert, Clone Sites

Exclusive Markets claims to be licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under licence number SD031. However, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a warning under the name "Exclusive Forex Trading". In addition, the Seychelles FSA warned in August 2023 that clone sites were being used, and withdrawal problems are widely reported. This article sets out the serious risks of Exclusive Markets in detail.

🔴 Licence and Reliability Analysis

  • ● Claimed Seychelles FSA licence: Exclusive Markets claims to be licensed by the Seychelles FSA under licence number SD031; however, this is an authorisation with low standards and has been exposed to many cases of misuse.
  • ● FCA warning: The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published an official warning against this entity under the name "Exclusive Forex Trading". This means the entity is unauthorised in the United Kingdom and may be acting fraudulently.
  • ● Seychelles FSA clone warning: In August 2023 the Seychelles FSA issued an official warning against clone sites such as "globalexclusivemarkets.com". This means Exclusive Markets has imitators and that the risk of fraud is high.
  • ● Not authorised in Türkiye: Exclusive Markets is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).

⚠️ Fraud Methods

  • ● Withdrawal blocks: When investors want to withdraw money, their accounts are locked or the withdrawal requests are rejected.
  • ● Misleading licence claims: Knowing that the Seychelles FSA licence has low standards, the platform tries to create a false appearance of legitimacy.
  • ● Phishing and clone sites: Fake sites are used to deceive investors, and investors can no longer tell whether they are on the real site.
  • ● Difficulty reaching the company: When customers try to report a problem, they receive no reply.
  • ● Phone numbers: Phone numbers such as +44 20 8089 5026 and +60 327708121 have been identified; they point to services run from different countries, which raises doubts about whether the operation is genuine.
  • ● Account freezing: Accounts that make large profits may be penalised.

🛡️ Protection Guide

  • ● Why Exclusive Markets is treated as a platform to avoid: It has been warned against by the FCA and imitated by clone sites, and it has been reported for withdrawal problems.
  • ● Clone sites: Look-alike addresses such as "globalexclusivemarkets.com" are easily confused with one another, so the exact web address of a site matters.
  • ● SPK check: The list of authorised institutions is published on the official SPK website. Exclusive Markets is not expected to appear on this list. Before investing, check whether a platform is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).
  • ● If you have invested: Those who have invested with the platform can contact Savun Law & Consultancy. The records of the transfers are usually the basis of any legal step.
