Forest Stone Capital Scam: foreststonecapital.com.au Clone

foreststonecapital.com.au is an imitation investment website that uses the name of Forest Stone Capital Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia, and its "Forest Stone Advisory" brand. In a warning published on 23 October 2026, ASIC stated that the address impersonates the real company.

In short: foreststonecapital.com.au is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). By choosing a country-specific domain (.com.au), the scheme gives the impression of a local, long-established advisory firm. Forest Stone Capital Pty Ltd has no connection with this scheme; its name is being misused. In cases of this kind, claiming the money back is legally possible.

🚩 How Is an Advisory Firm Impersonation Set Up?

In schemes of this kind, fraudsters register a domain name that closely resembles a real investment advisory firm and place the company's registration number on their website. The prospective investor is contacted by e-mail or telephone and offered "corporate bonds", "fixed-rate certificates of deposit" or "pre-IPO shares". The payment is then directed to an account that has nothing to do with the real company.

🔍 Warning Signs

  • A domain name flagged by the regulator as an impersonation
  • The website becoming unreachable after the warning
