Foya Financial Group Scam: Account Deleted After Withdrawal

Foya Financial Group is a platform operated in the name of an offshore company established in Saint Lucia, which says it offers forex and CFD trading on MetaTrader 5. A customer report shared in October 2026 describes a withdrawal request that was not honoured, after which the investor's account was deleted entirely. Closing the account is a known way of removing any objection to the balance.

🚫 The Account Deleted After a Withdrawal Request
In the report, the investor describes the platform as a scheme that runs on the money of new participants, saying that the withdrawal request was refused and access to the account was removed altogether. When an MT5 account is deleted, the trading history and the balance record also go out of the investor's reach.
⚖️ The ASIC Claim and the SPK Position
The site claims to be an "authorised representative" (no. 001318509) of MGF Capital Pty Ltd in Australia; however, the legal entity providing the service is the Saint Lucia company, and this claim does not amount to permission to operate in Türkiye. Foya Financial Group is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); it does not appear in the SPK list of authorised brokerage firms. The SPK decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 classes the acquisition of customers in Türkiye by overseas leveraged trading entities without permission as unauthorised activity.
