Global Trade Express Clone Scam: Borrowed UK Company Identity

Global Trade Express is a clone scheme that offers investment services by taking over the identity of a genuinely registered company in the United Kingdom. The UK financial regulator, the FCA, has placed globaltradeexpresslimited.com on its list of unauthorised firms and stated clearly that the site claims the details of another company.
🎭 A Borrowed Company Identity
The FCA warning was first published in January 2023 and updated in July 2026. According to the record, the site uses the name, registration number and registered address of GLOBAL TRADE EXPRESS LTD, a company on the UK companies register, as if they were its own; that real company has no connection with this site. The warning lists no telephone number or address, only an e-mail address. The domain does not respond today; schemes of this kind usually continue under a new address.
⚖️ Why Is the Registry Record Misleading?
A company being present on a register does not mean it is permitted to provide investment services; and the record shown on the clone site already belongs to someone else. The platform does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions, and under SPK Decision No. 8/297, accepting investors from Türkiye is an unauthorised activity. We explained how this kind of scheme generally works in our article on clone institution websites.
No shared domain or company-level trace was found with Express Global MarketsTR, which is covered on our site; it is a different operation with a similar name.
