Holtix Bit Plus Scam: FCA-Warned Crypto and Forex Site

Holtix Bit Plus is a crypto and forex platform that has been warned about by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an unauthorised firm and recorded in international fraud databases. Operating at holtixbitplus.live, the platform uses a virtual office address in London and has no real physical presence. Holtix Bit Plus is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).

🚨 Multiple International Warnings

Holtix Bit Plus has been warned about by more than one international authority:

  • UK FCA: Listed as an unauthorised firm; it has been officially announced that investors should avoid this platform.
  • Netherlands 112WWFT: A fraud warning has been published.
  • International fraud databases: The platform appears on the 2026 list of reported fraudulent companies.

The platform is outside the FCA's Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means that investors who deal with the platform have no legal protection under those schemes.

📉 A Virtual Office and a Fake London Address

Holtix Bit Plus gives 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ as its registered address. This address is a virtual office service centre and is used as a registered address by more than 553 different companies. It clearly shows that Holtix Bit Plus has no real London office and uses only a mailbox address.

The ".live" domain extension is also a cheap, easily obtained extension that fraudulent platforms often prefer.

🚩 Fraud Indicators

  • Multiple regulatory warnings: It has been warned about by the financial authorities of more than one country, which points to a systematic fraud operation rather than a coincidence.
  • Use of a virtual office: An address shared with 553+ firms shows that there is no real business presence.
  • No corporate identity: There is no company page, real employee profile or manager information on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • The .live domain extension: This is a domain extension favoured by fraudsters and weak in terms of credibility.
  • No legal protection: Because it falls outside the FCA's scope, the chance of investors who lost money receiving compensation is extremely low.

  • Messages from emails of the type support@[firm].live are best left unanswered, and no payment should be made in response to them.
