Jarden Global Scam: Fake Forex Robot Pitched on WhatsApp

The scheme known as Jarden Global is a fraud organisation that targets Turkish investors, making contact by telephone and WhatsApp and promising a fake forex investment. It has no connection whatsoever with the legitimate Australian firm Jarden Australia Pty Limited, which is licensed by ASIC; the similarity of the names is used deliberately to create trust. Jarden Global is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), and it has no SPK registration or permit to operate. Jarden Australia Pty Limited has no connection with this scheme; its name is being misused.
🚨 Why Is Jarden Global Dangerous?
Jarden Global claims to serve Turkish investors through the domain jardenglobaltr.com. However, the platform has not been authorised by the SPK and is not supervised by any international regulator. The many victim reports we have received show that the platform runs a systematic fraud operation.
🚩 Fraud Methods
According to reports from victims, the methods used by Jarden Global have been identified as follows:
- First contact by telephone and WhatsApp: Victims are called by people introduced as "investment experts" or "assistants", and contact then continues on WhatsApp. A warm, reassuring tone is used to get a first investment made.
- The promise of a robot forex system: Investors are offered an automated trading "forex robot", which is claimed to earn continuously.
- The VIP system upgrade trap: After the first investment, extra money is requested for a "switch to the VIP robot system with higher earnings". Victims are steered into making large credit card payments.
- Fake display of profits: The balance on the account screen is shown rising quickly. However, the profits shown have no real counterpart.
- Withdrawal blocked under a tax pretext: When a withdrawal is requested, an additional payment is required under the name of a "tax payment". This payment is asked to be made to the firm, which is entirely unlawful. Real taxes are paid to the state, not to an intermediary firm.
- An endless payment cycle: After the tax is paid, further money is requested on new pretexts such as "bonus money" and "commission fees".
- Account access shut off: When a payment is refused or a complaint is made, access to the account is closed entirely and the application is disabled.
📉 Information on the Fraudsters
The following names appear in victim reports:
- Dinçer Kaya: introduced as an "assistant" or "investment expert"
- Emre Demir: contacts victims in the capacity of an "investment expert"
These people stay in constant contact with victims by telephone and WhatsApp, and get money deposited through promises of high profits and pressure for urgent payment.

🛡️ Protection Guide
- Before investing, whether a firm appears on the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions is an essential check.
- Investment offers that arrive by telephone or WhatsApp call for the highest level of caution.
- A request to deposit money with the firm under the name of a "tax payment" is a clear sign of fraud.
- Requests for extra money with promises such as a "robot forex system" or a "VIP upgrade" are a sign that contact should be broken off.
- Firms that claim to hold a foreign licence cannot operate in Türkiye without SPK permission.
