JupiterBanking Scam: Fake Withdrawal Bank Used to Charge Fees

When an investor whose withdrawal request has been approved is told "your money has reached your bank, only the transfer fee remains", the second act of the fraud begins. JupiterBanking was a site with no investment section that presented itself as a digital bank; on 24 June 2026 the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published an unauthorised financial services warning for jupiterbanking.com and listed the firm as a bank.

In short: JupiterBanking is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), and no banking licence record appears in any country. Fake banks of this kind are a front used to collect "withdrawal fees" from investment victims. Legal routes exist for claiming back the fees that were paid.

🏦 How the Fake Withdrawal Bank Comes Into Play

In schemes of this kind, the investment platform says that profits will be withdrawn not through its own system but through its "partner bank". The victim is made to open an account at this bank and a withdrawn balance is displayed on screen; however, a transfer, activation, tax or anti-money-laundering check fee is demanded before the money can reach the victim's own account.

  • The balance at the bank is only a number on a screen; there is no real account.
  • After every payment, a new cost item appears.
  • The bank and the investment platform are often run by the same team.

🔍 Records on JupiterBanking

The FCA entry lists [email protected] and "PO Box 223158, Oliver Street East, Victoria" as contact details; the same PO box address also appears in the FCA entry for Viserbank (visetranfer.com), which the FCA listed a week later. The domain was registered on 10 September 2025 and is now suspended and in the process of deletion. No trace links this site to the similarly named Jupiter Global MarketsTR.

The platform does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions. Fraud committed by using information systems such as a website and a fake bank panel as the tool is treated as a qualified form under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code.

We have also seen schemes that tie a withdrawal to a fee under different names.

  1. On the criminal side, the aggravated forms of qualified fraudTR apply.
  2. The accounts that received the fees can be examined together with the money laundering linkTR.
  3. For the money owed, a restitution and unjust enrichment claimTR comes into question.
