Elitequestmarkets Scam Warning: Fake DeFi Bot and Withdrawal Tax

Elitequestmarkets gathered its users through links in the description boxes of YouTube videos explaining decentralised finance (DeFi) bots. Those who signed up are described as being given a "funded test account" before depositing any money, with the balance grown quickly, and real money requested only after this stage.

In short: Elitequestmarkets is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). Having built trust with a trial balance, the platform took investments by calling them a "limited-time institutional opportunity", and when a withdrawal was requested it demanded new payments under the names of upfront tax and penalty. Claiming back the money sent is legally possible.

🎥 From the Test Account to a Real Investment

The accounts shared by users repeat the same order: a move from a bot video to the site, a trial balance assigned without asking for money, and profits rising on the screen. Capital was then requested "before the institutional window closes"; some users are reported to have taken out loans to invest under this pressure.

When a withdrawal was requested, the account was locked with the message that it had been "flagged"; an upfront tax was demanded first, and after it was paid, a new "regulatory penalty". Directing people to invest without authorisation through video and social media is unauthorised activity under SPK Board Decision No. 5/173 of 3 February 2017.

🧭 How Does the Legal Process Work?

Because the investment was often moved through crypto wallets, the first step is to identify the point where the money passed to a crypto exchangeTR. An asset investigationTR is then carried out through wallet and bank movements; because computer systems were used, the act is assessed as qualified fraudTR.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Why was a test balance given without a deposit?

A user who sees the trial balance grow comes to believe that the platform makes money; the real investment is taken on the strength of that trust.

Is the tax requested for a withdrawal a real tax?

No. A tax is deducted from the profit itself; a demand for upfront payment into a separate account before a withdrawal is part of the Elitequestmarkets scheme.

Is BramseyAdvisor LLC, recommended in comments, reliable?

Comments posted about Elitequestmarkets point to this fund recovery company. A promise to recover money in return for an upfront fee is a common method that targets the same victim a second time.

The site has closed. Can the money be traced?

Suspension of the domain does not erase payment records; tracing is possible through bank and wallet movements.
