LuxBit Scam Warning: Fake Swiss Licence, Many Domains

LuxBit, which markets itself as an AI-supported crypto trading platform, operates at the same time under several domain names, including luxbit.ai, luxbit.global, luxbit.me and luxbit.org. All of the domains were registered recently; this multi-domain strategy is preparation for bringing a new address into use whenever one is shut down.

🚩 The Trust Tactic: Allowing Small Withdrawals

The method that stands out in accounts of LuxBit is this: at the start the platform allows small withdrawals, creating the impression that it "pays out". Once the investor's trust has been won, larger deposits are requested with talk of a "VIP bonus" and a "limited-time opportunity". When a large withdrawal request is entered, excuses such as a "management fee", a "tax liability" or a technical fault are introduced, and the money never comes out.

🔍 A Fake Swiss Identity

The platform's promotional material uses an address linked to Switzerland and a claim of regulation; however, the records of the Swiss financial regulator contain no entity with this name. The address and the regulatory statement are entirely untrue. LuxBit is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and has no authority to offer crypto-asset or investment services in Türkiye. Authorised institutions can be verified on the official SPK page.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

LuxBit allowed a small withdrawal earlier. Is it not trustworthy?

Allowing small withdrawals is a deliberate tactic used to build trust before a large investment; it does not show that the platform will pay out.

Does LuxBit have a Swiss licence?

No. The Swiss regulatory records contain no entity with this name; the address and the regulatory statement are false.

Why does LuxBit use more than one website address?

Several domains with the luxbit name are run in parallel so that the operation can continue without interruption in the event of an access ban or exposure.

I am being asked to pay tax in order to withdraw. Is that legitimate?

A tax or fee demand before withdrawal is a continuation of the method used to drain money. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.
