PlusTrades, the subject of successive regulatory warnings in Europe, is an unlicensed platform that says it offers forex and CFD services. The Belgian financial authority has placed the platform on its warning list for unauthorised and unlawful activity, and the Spanish regulator has also announced that the entity is not authorised.

Because the profit shown on screen has no real counterpart, the "loss" is not a market outcome but part of the script.

The registers of the regulators in the United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland and Canada contain no entity authorised under the name PlusTrades. PlusTrades is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and has no legal basis in Türkiye. Checking whether a firm appears on the SPK list of intermediary institutions before investing is the only reliable filter.
