MTrading Review: Offshore Forex and CFD Broker, Not Licensed

Operating through a company with a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines address, MTrading is an offshore broker offering highly leveraged forex and CFD accounts to Turkish users. Offering leveraged trading in Türkiye without permission leaves the question of what legal protection covers the deposited money unanswered from the start.
🔍 Who Is MTrading, and Which Company Is Behind It?
- Domain: mtrading.com (registered since 2004)
- Company: ServiceComsvg LLC, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Official warning: The Central Bank of Russia has placed MTrading on its list of entities showing signs of being unauthorised market participants; alongside mtrading.com, the list also contains many mirror domains.
🚩 What Risks Arise in an Offshore Account?
Companies set up in Saint Vincent are not subject to a local investor protection regime for forex activity. In arrangements of this kind, very high leverage can wipe out an account in a short time, trades can be opened on the direction of an "account manager", and withdrawal requests can be held back on the grounds of a compliance check.
⚖️ A Warning About a Different Operation with a Similar Name
The differently structured, similarly named M Trading InvestmentTR covered on our site is a separate record; there is no verified link between the two names. MTrading's foreign company registration is not valid for investment services in Türkiye; the company does not appear in the SPK list of authorised institutions. SPK's Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017 treats intermediating customers from Türkiye for leveraged trading firms abroad as unauthorised activity.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
The model of opening leveraged accounts for Turkish investors through a company registered in island countries has appeared in many cases:
- Artix Capital's unlicensed offshore CFD accounts
- SmartSTP and the direction by an account managerTR
- The TusarFX offshore forex operationTR
- Saint Vincent CapitalTR
🧭 The Legal Route Followed in a Dispute
- The foreign jurisdiction and arbitration clause in the account opening text is examined.
- Because of the unauthorised activity, the invalidity of the account agreementTR may be argued.
- The firm's registration status is documented through an SPK licence searchTR.
