Is NextLevel Trade Legit? Withdrawals Stuck on Pending

NextLevel Trade is a platform that claims to offer investment in crypto and forex markets but causes losses through an unsupervised trading environment and the obstacles it puts up at the withdrawal stage. No problem appears when depositing; the problem starts when the user wants to withdraw their money.

In short: NextLevel Trade is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) to provide investment services. The scheme's main method is a "deposit, show the balance, hold the withdrawal" cycle: withdrawal requests are kept in "pending" status, extra documents are then requested on grounds of identity verification, and no payment is made. In cases of this kind, legal routes can be pursued by following the trail of the payments.

📱 Artificial Trust Built Through WhatsApp and Telegram

NextLevel Trade operates largely through messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Bringing people into the system through these channels makes it easier to hide the identities behind the scheme.

  • Group manipulation: In groups opened under the firm's name, fake "analysis experts" share signals promising risk-free profits.
  • Misleading references: Profiles claiming to be "investors" build trust by sharing screenshots of high profits.
  • Direct steering: One-to-one messaging is used as a bridge for getting the person to transfer funds to the platform.

📉 Balance Manipulation and the Withdrawal Dispute

The problem users meet most often is the gap between the balance shown on the panel and the amount that can actually be withdrawn. The profits seen on the panel are not based on real market trades; when a withdrawal is requested, payment is refused by showing a different "realised balance".

  • Visual balance: The profits are figures added by software with no market counterpart.
  • Dispute grounds: The withdrawal is blocked on the claim that there is a difference between the visible balance and the "real balance".
  • Interference with the system: It is reported that charts are interfered with at the time of trading and that balances are zeroed after a withdrawal request.

⏳ Withdrawal Requests Stuck in "Pending" Status

Since the first months of 2026, a new and distinct pattern has stood out in user reports. The platform is also referred to by the spellings Nexlevel FX Trade and Next Level FX Trade; funds are accepted through the platform's own website, by bank transfer (havale/EFT) or by crypto transfer. While there is no obstacle at the deposit stage, once a withdrawal request is created its status shows only "pending" for days or even weeks.

  • A block even on small withdrawals: Even first withdrawal requests for low amounts are not paid, which shows the problem is not a technical delay.
  • Repeated identity verification: While the withdrawal is held, the user is asked again and again for identity verification (KYC) documents.
  • Cancellation of the request: Some reports say the withdrawal request was cancelled without explanation.
  • Delays on crypto withdrawals too: Withdrawals requested in crypto are left unanswered in the same way.
  • Silence on every channel: Attempts to make contact through all of the social media accounts are left unanswered.

📜 SPK Licence Check and Legal Status

NextLevel Trade does not hold the SPK authorisation that is mandatory for carrying out forex or capital markets intermediation in Türkiye. SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 also treats bringing people resident in Türkiye together with foreign entities for leveraged trading as unauthorised activity; we explained how to check an authorisation record in our content on SPK licence checks and institution verificationTR.

The basic risk of an unsupervised platform is that there is no regulatory authority to turn to when the balance is interfered with unfairly. Claims of an international licence do not make this scheme authorised under local law.

🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method

The scheme of accepting deposits without trouble, holding the withdrawal request "pending" and then prolonging the process with a request for documents is repeated on many platforms. We have covered the other schemes where the same method was seen:

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims

When the platform cuts communication, the process does not end; bank transfers (havale/EFT) and crypto transfers leave a trail. The general steps of the process are as follows:

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Are NextLevel Trade and Nexlevel FX Trade the same platform?

Yes. In user reports the same platform is referred to by the spellings NextLevel Trade, Nexlevel FX Trade and Next Level FX Trade, and the same withdrawal pattern is described.

Why does my withdrawal request keep showing as "pending"?

This is not a technical delay but a repeated method of the scheme at the withdrawal stage. That even low-value withdrawals are not paid shows the request is being held deliberately.

I am asked for ID documents again and again before a withdrawal. Is this normal?

No. At authorised institutions identity verification is carried out once, at account opening. Asking for the document again and again at the withdrawal stage is a ground used to prolong the process, and collecting personal data also creates a separate risk.

Why is the balance on my panel different from the amount I can withdraw?

The profits seen on the panel are figures with no real market counterpart, shown to keep the user in the system. The "realised balance" ground is used to refuse the withdrawal.

I am a victim of NextLevel Trade. What can be done?

Payment receipts, crypto transfer records and messages form the basis of the case. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.
