Rossi Capital Scam: Unlicensed Forex, Accounts Wiped to Zero

Rossi Capital is an unlicensed forex platform that tells people reached by repeated phone calls that a small first deposit will multiply quickly, and it runs this story under a second name, "Invest Global", as well. Once money is paid in, a growing balance is shown on screen; the moment a withdrawal is requested, the account is wiped to zero and the loss is turned into the reason for a new deposit.

In short: Rossi Capital (Rossi Capital Markets) is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The scheme works through cold calling, a string of changing "experts", a balance inflated on screen and an account wipe after a withdrawal request. In cases of this kind, claiming back the money paid is legally possible.

🚩 Is Rossi Capital Reliable?

No. Rossi Capital has no authority to offer investment services in Türkiye; the platform does not appear in the list of authorised intermediary institutions of the SPK. Decision No. 8/297 of the Capital Markets Board dated 24.02.2017 treats intermediation in leveraged trading by unauthorised entities as unauthorised activity.

  • No SPK licence — in Türkiye, the only valid authorisation for forex and capital markets transactions is granted by the SPK.
  • Operating under several names — victims are gathered through intermediary operations such as "Silver Grup" and a second brand, "Invest Global", which blurs the identity of the real platform.
  • Withdrawal requests are not met — in victim statements, investors report that they could not reach even their principal.
  • Constant pressure for further payments — at every stage more money is requested under a new "strategy" or "compensation" explanation.

📉 Rossi Capital Scam Methods

First contact is usually made by phone, through persistent calls. The caller says a small first deposit will grow several times over; soon after the money is sent, the investor is handed to another "expert", who describes a "new strategy" and asks for a much higher amount. This change of expert is no coincidence; it is the known division of labour of the "representative" staff working in a call-centre set-upTR.

  • First contact through intermediary operations: People calling under names such as "Silver Grup", or directly on behalf of the platform, get accounts opened without a written contract or identity verification.
  • The Capital Trader app: A MetaTrader-like application is installed, but the data in it does not match real market data.
  • Promises of multiplied returns: In each new round of deposits a high figure is quoted as the "minimum profit".
  • Draining the account with "cocoa trades": Positions opened outside the victim's control deliberately wear down the balance.
  • The extra-payment trap for withdrawals: Even though a balance is visible in the account, the withdrawal is made conditional on a new deposit.

🔁 The Wiped Account and the "Win Back Your Loss" Cycle

The flow becomes clear in victim statements from mid-2026: a balance far above the amount deposited is shown on screen, the investor is put off with "keep trading" when a withdrawal is requested, and the account is wiped completely overnight. The account is then reopened with the explanation that "your account was insured"; this time another representative says the earlier loss can only be made up with a new deposit.

When new money is paid in, a short-lived profit is displayed, the investor is encouraged to trade again, and the account falls to zero once more. The same scenario is reported to repeat several times on the same person. The "insurance" and "compensation" talk does not close the loss; it is the in-platform version of the money-recovery scheme that turns a loss into the reason for a new collectionTR.

  • The account is wiped overnight after a withdrawal request
  • The account is reopened with the claim that it was "insured"
  • The story that the loss can only be won back with a new deposit
  • A different representative steps in at every round

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Are Rossi Capital and Invest Global the same operation?

Victim statements report that Rossi Capital Markets is also referred to as "Invest Global" and works with the same staff of representatives and the same method. The name change is a way of making the operation harder to trace.

What does it mean if my account was reopened after being wiped, with the claim that it was insured?

There is no verifiable assurance behind an "insurance" statement on the screen of an unlicensed platform. A reopened account is often the start of a new request for a deposit.

Why does a different expert keep calling?

Changing the representative is part of a division of labour designed to produce a new promise and a new amount request at every stage. That way, responsibility for the earlier promise never stays with the same person.

Is there a link between Silver Grup and Rossi Capital?

In reports that reached us, people operating under the name Silver Grup were seen directing investors to the Rossi Capital platform. Intermediary operations of this kind are part of a network that gathers victims.

Are the profits in the Capital Trader app real?

Capital Trader is a closed-circuit screen with no verifiable independent market connection. The balance shown there is the platform's own display.

I became a Rossi Capital victim. What can be done?
