TinkleTrade Scam Warning: Short-Lived Trading Brand, Not Licensed

Can a light, playful name be the front door to a serious investment? TinkleTrade is an online trading brand that appeared with a domain registered in 2024 and became unreachable within a short time.
🔍 Two Domains, the Same Silence
The domain tinkletrade.com was registered on 26 March 2024 through an Asia-based registrar (WebNic). A hyphenated version of the same name, tinkle-trade.com, was registered in September 2024. Today neither address displays any page.
🚩 The Life Cycle of Short-Lived Brands
In schemes of this kind a brand is used for a few months; when complaints start to grow, the website is shut down and the same team continues under a new name. The cycle usually runs like this:
- Trust is built with a small first deposit
- Fake profits rise quickly on the dashboard
- An extra "activation" fee or tax is demanded before any withdrawal
- The website and contact lines go dark
Because computer systems are used as the tool of the scheme, Turkish law treats it as qualified fraud under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code. Before investing with any platform, check whether it is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).

🧭 What Happens in the Legal Process?
