The site's footer, however, carries an important detail; the company states that it is the counterparty to every trade its clients open.
🚩 What Does valormarkets.com Promise?
- Counterparty model: The company describes itself as the principal party to all trades; the client's loss is the broker's gain.
- Copy trading: Through the "Valor Social" app, the trades of a selected trader are mirrored automatically in the account. We examined this scheme in our article on copy trading and social trading promisesTR.
- Balance bonus: In operations of this kind, the bonus is used to tie withdrawals to a trading volume requirementTR.
- Affiliate programme: Those who bring in new clients are promised a lifetime share of every lot traded.
⚖️ What Does a Comoros Licence Mean in Türkiye?
The site states that, under the name VALOR MARKETS LTD, it is established in the Union of the Comoros and has been licensed by the financial authority there; this licence is not valid for investment services in Türkiye. The platform does not appear on the SPK list of authorised brokerage firms. SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 defines acting as an intermediary for leveraged trading between investors in Türkiye and unauthorised foreign entities as unauthorised activity.
