Xai Investment Scam Warning: Fake Elon Musk Trading Site

Xai Investment is an investment website whose home page says "Trade global markets with Elon Musk" and which borrows its name from Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI. The site even gives Tesla's factory in Texas as its contact address. The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) added the site to its list of unauthorised firms on 1 October 2026.

🚩 How Is the Musk Name Used?

The site presents copy trading, PAMM and "automated trading" services as if they were linked to Musk's artificial intelligence venture, while the investment plans only become visible after registration. This is a scheme in which the person first hands over identity and contact details and is then guided by a representative over the phone. The "insurance of up to $1 million" and the user testimonials on the page are repeated word for word on other sites using the same infrastructure.
