It is a website that the UK financial regulator, the FCA, added to its list of unauthorised firms in June 2026. The comparison-site look serves as an intermediary that draws money straight into the scammers' account.

🧾 How the Bond Comparison Cover Works

In schemes of this kind, a user reaches a "best rates" table through an advert or a search result and fills in a contact form. Someone then calls, claiming to represent a well-known bank or investment firm.

🔍 Official Warnings and Domain Details

On 3 June 2026 the FCA published an unauthorised financial services warning for bestbondrates.co.uk, and the Norwegian supervisory authority added the same warning to its own list the same month. The domain was registered on 5 June 2025, and by the end of October 2026 the site was not responding. In Türkiye, bond sales or intermediation can only be carried out by firms authorised by the SPK; unauthorised activity is a criminal offence under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
