lwp-capitalltd.com Scam Warning: Clone of LWP Capital Pty Ltd

Lwp-capitalltd.com looks like an established Sydney-based wealth management firm, but it is in fact a clone site that takes over the name of LWP Capital Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) added the site to its warning list on 29 October 2026 under the heading "impersonation of LWP Capital Pty Ltd".
🚩 The "Opportunities" the Site Offers
The menu lists initial public offerings (IPOs), private equity, fixed-income bonds, retirement advice and family office services side by side. The target audience is described as "high net worth individuals". In this scheme, the investor is usually offered shares before a stock market listing or a "guaranteed" bond; the money goes to the account the site points to, not the company's own, and it is not returned on grounds such as "allocation" or "lock-up period".
🔍 Domain and Contact Traces
- The site footer says it has operated since 2017, yet the domain was registered on 9 February 2026.
- The number +61 2 7239 9523 and the address [email protected] are given for contact.
- An office floor on Pitt Street in Sydney is shown as the address.
- The "capitalltd" combination in the domain is a typical clone pattern, produced by adding "Ltd" to the end of the company name.
In such clone sites of institutions, the real company's registration is used as a way of building trust. The site is not authorised by the SPK (see the list of SPK-authorised brokerage firms), and the licence of the real company in Australia is not valid in Türkiye either. Unauthorised capital markets activity is defined as a criminal offence in Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.

- On the criminal side, the criminal complaint process is pursued.
- Against the holders of the accounts that received the money, a restitution and unjust enrichment claimTR may be brought.
