Bold Prime Scam Warning: Island Registrations, No Licence

Bold Prime is an intermediary platform that opens forex and CFD accounts but does not say clearly who supervises it. Instead of a licence number, the website carries short references to company registrations in two different island states; investors take these references for licences and send money.
🏝️ Two Islands, Zero Supervision
The financial authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has publicly stated that it neither licenses nor supervises forex and brokerage activity; a registration there is only the incorporation of a company. The "licence" bodies set up on the island of Mwali in the Comoros, for their part, are not part of the international supervisory network, and no valid authorisation record appears under the name Bold Prime. Bold Prime is also absent from the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions.
🚩 Risks Facing the Investor in a Scheme Like This
- The company that receives the money and the company that carries out the trades are in different countries
- There is no supervisory authority to turn to in a withdrawal dispute
- The account agreement contains a foreign-law clause and a distant jurisdiction clause
SPK announced in its Decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 that leveraged transactions with institutions based abroad are unauthorised.
🔗 Other Brands Registered in the Comoros and SVG
Platforms that show an island-state company registration instead of a licence are a pattern we meet often on our site.
- TX3 Markets Global: a claim of authorisation based on a Mwali registrationTR
- Tribord Invest: a forex brand linked to the ComorosTR
- GBPXO: a broker operating with an unsupervised island registrationTR
- Meryon: forex through a Saint Vincent companyTR
🧭 How Does the Process Work?
In disputes with platforms abroad, the first step is to examine the validity of the foreign jurisdiction and arbitration clause in the contractTR. Next, the invalidity of the account opening agreementTR and, on the criminal side, the qualified fraud provisionsTR come into play.
