INFINITEYIELD Scam Warning: FINMA-Listed Investment Plan Site

Passive income, instant withdrawals and a secure platform… these promises listed on the home page of infinite-yield.com are the familiar language of sites that sell fixed-return investment plans. The operation, which also uses the name Infinite Yield Inv., entered FINMA's list of unauthorised activity with the authority's warning of 29 October 2026.

💰 What Does the Site Promise?

The site promises investment in "diversified sectors" such as shares, crypto and real estate, a high return on investment, and profit withdrawal at any time. Visitors are shown a four-step flow: open an account, choose a plan, deposit, earn; the page also has a live support window and a user reviews section.

🧩 How the Investment Plan Scheme Works

On sites of this kind, the earnings are not from a real market transaction but only figures written on the panel. The first small withdrawals are sometimes paid, then a move to a higher plan or an "account upgrade" is requested. The displayed earnings have no real counterpart; when the withdrawal request grows, the account is suspended.

⚖️ The FINMA Warning and the SPK Position

The FINMA record gives Badenerstrasse, Zurich as the address, and the company has no entry in the commercial register. The domain infinite-yield.com was bought in February 2026. The operation does not appear in the SPK list of authorised institutions, and unauthorised capital markets activity in Türkiye is defined as a crime in Article 109 of Law No. 6362.
