PRP Life presents itself on prplife.com as a corporate asset manager covering everything from pension funds to renewable energy; behind the front, the actual product is a "Wealth Club" membership. Members invest in crypto, are offered returns locked for a fixed term, and receive commissions for inviting others. In Australia ASIC and in New Zealand the FMA have issued warnings about the scheme.

The website shows performance tables said to come from ETFs, investment funds, real estate and pharmaceutical investments. The texts presented as customer testimonials describe fixed monthly earnings. Members invest in crypto, returns are tied to plans locked for a fixed term, and rewards are paid in a "PRP token" that has value only inside the platform. A two-level commission is paid to anyone who brings in a new member.

The site gives the number +1 602 428 6867 and the address [email protected] for contact. An "administrative update" notice states that the brand has moved to the name "Prosperity of Life". PRP Life does not appear on the list of SPK-authorised intermediary institutions; the SPK decision No. 5/173 of 3 February 2017 is a warning against unauthorised investment solicitation through social media.
