Quantum Financial System (QFS) Scam: quantumledgersecv.com

Quantum Financial System is a scheme that offers digital asset investment through a login page at account.quantumledgersecv.com and has been placed on a warning list by FMA, New Zealand's financial regulator. The name "Quantum Financial System", or QFS for short, is a brand pattern often used in crypto scams.
🔍 quantumledgersecv.com and the QFS Name
The domain quantumledgersecv.com was registered in February 2024; users log in through the subdomain account.quantumledgersecv.com. On 27 October 2026 the FMA entered this address in the IOSCO I-SCAN system. The Quebec AMF in Canada also issued a warning in May 2026 about quantumfinancialsystem.com, which carries the same name; it has not been proven that the two domains are run by the same team. The platform does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions.
🚩 How Is the Balance Locked on the Crypto Dashboard?
A transaction flow specific to this scheme has not yet been documented. On crypto sites that operate under QFS-like names, the following sequence is often seen:
- The investor is asked to send crypto (mostly USDT); the account is presented as a "secure digital ledger".
- The balance on the dashboard grows quickly, and pressure is built around an "opportunity" for new deposits.
- At withdrawal, new payments are demanded under the name of tax, network fee or account verification charge.
These acts are assessed as qualified fraud committed through information systems, regulated in Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code.
