TigerFX Scam Warning: Japan FSA Unregistered Firm Alert

On 25 September 2025, Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) added TigerFX Limited to its list of companies conducting financial instruments business in the country without registration. This forex brand, which sought investors through Japanese-language pages, gives its address in the Marshall Islands in the Pacific.

The FSA warning finds that the company provided services without permission to investors in Japan through the address tigerfxtrading.com. The position in Türkiye is the same: SPK Decision No. 8/297 treats bringing a foreign entity and a local investor together for leveraged trading as unauthorised activity.
