DEMINI TRADES (deminitradefx.com) Scam Warning: Borrowed Addresses

DEMINI TRADES is a scheme that opens forex accounts through deminitradefx.com while appearing to have offices in two separate financial centres. Well-known addresses in London's Canary Wharf and Frankfurt's banking district have been placed behind a domain registered in June 2026. The UK financial regulator, the FCA, added the firm to its list of unauthorised firms on 19 October 2026.
🏢 Borrowed Prestige: Two Cities, Two Addresses
The addresses the firm declares, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf (London) and Mainzer Landstrasse 50 (Frankfurt), are well-known office towers that house many genuine institutions. Having these addresses written on a site does not show that the company has an office there or holds a licence in any country; the FCA also points out in its warning that firms of this kind can give contact details belonging to someone else.
The domain deminitradefx.com was registered on 14 June 2026; instead of content, the site greets visitors with a "bot verification" screen. No public phone number or company registry information is shared in the firm's name.
🚩 How the Scheme Runs Once an Account Is Opened
- The account is run by a "senior analyst" or "portfolio manager"; the trades are opened by that person, not by the client.
- After the first deposit, a rising balance is shown on the panel and a move to a larger account package is suggested.
- When a withdrawal is requested, a new payment is demanded under the name of tax, collateral or an "international transfer fee".
- If it is not paid, the account is wiped on the grounds of a "margin call", or contact is cut off.
In Türkiye, leveraged trading intermediation can be carried out only with SPK authorisation; SPK Decision No. 8/297 treats the activity of schemes offering unauthorised leveraged trading as unauthorised capital markets activity. The firm's name is not in the SPK list of authorised institutions.

🧭 How Does the Legal Process Work?
The process begins with identifying the accounts the money was sent to; establishing that the firm has no SPK registrationTR is one of the basic elements of each case. A criminal complaint process then follows, and an asset investigationTR can be carried out into the owners of the recipient accounts.
