DMAsseteuBV – Clone Scam Misusing the DMA Europe Name

DMAsseteuBV is a clone boiler room operation that seeks investors by appropriating the name and address of a genuine, authorised investment firm in the Netherlands. It first operated at dmasseteubv.org and then at dmaeu.com; both steps have been the subject of warnings from European regulators.

🎭 Whose Name Is Being Used?

According to the Dutch market authority AFM, the operation misuses the title and address of the licensed DMA Europe B.V. The real firm has no connection with this scheme; its name is being misused, and it operates from its own address. In addition, a foreign licence is not valid for investment services in Türkiye. In the boiler room model, the "investment expert" who calls shows the institution's official register entry to win trust, then has the money deposited into the clone dashboard. 🔍 Domains and Official Warnings

• dmasseteubv.org — registered in May 2026; the AFM warning was published in June 2026 (AFM warning).
• dmaeu.com, clientzone.dmaeu.com, wt.dmaeu.com — registered at the end of June 2026; CONSOB blocked access on 24 September 2026.

Moving to a new domain right after a warning shows the habit of such operations of evading blocks. SPK Decision No. 5/173 of 3 February 2017 warns investors against unauthorised investment guidance.
