VexaTrade Scam Warning: CNV Unregistered Trading Platform

Office.vexatrade.org is a trading platform that runs on a subdomain called "office" and is listed among the entities not registered with Argentina's Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV). The CNV's record on this operation also appeared in the IOSCO warning network on 30 October 2026.

🔍 The CNV Record and Domain Details

The domain vexatrade.org was bought through Namecheap in August 2025 and runs behind Cloudflare. The absence of a home page, with only the "office" panel in use, suggests that the operation serves people who are directed to it. In such operations the user is assigned an "account manager", profits are shown on the panel after the first deposit, and withdrawal requests are delayed on the pretext of commission or tax.

VexaTrade is not authorised by the SPK (SPK list of authorised institutions). Capital Markets Law No. 6362 attaches criminal penalties to unauthorised capital markets activity.

⚖️ Distinguishing It from Similarly Named Operations

The Québec AMF has issued a separate warning for VexaTrade Capital (vexatrade.capital, vexatrade.site); no connection has been found between that operation and office.vexatrade.org. The Vexa InvestmentTR article on our site describes a different, similarly named operation that sends fake tokens to Metamask wallets.
