AvaSocial Copy Trading Scam Warning: Telegram Offer

AvaSocial is a social trading app of the overseas CFD broker AvaTrade that works on the principle of "automatically copy someone else's trades". In late October 2026, in a Telegram group followed by Turkish investors, an account presenting itself as "Deniz Kutluay – Müşteri İlişkileri Uzmanı (Customer Relations Specialist) | AvaTrade" posted promotional messages offering account opening for AvaSocial.

In short: AvaSocial and AvaTrade are not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). Individual accounts that approach people on Telegram with a "copy trading" offer may also be impersonator accounts using the name of the real firm. Claiming back money lost this way is legally possible.

🚩 The Risks of a Copy Trading Offer

The licences AvaTrade holds abroad are not valid for providing investment services in Türkiye; gathering clients who live in Türkiye for leveraged trading requires SPK authorisation. Distributing a special link to get around access restrictions, and an offer coming from an individual Telegram account, also bring the risk of a clone website and impersonator representative using the name of the real firm.
