Jonny's Traders Scam Warning: Unlicensed Copy Trading

The operations called "Jonny's Traders" and "Jonny's Academy", run by Jonny Mitchell, target investors under the banner of a copy-trading service. The business attracts customers with the promise of a "free" service and earns its money through referral commissions.
⚠️ LICENCE WARNING
Jonny's Traders is not authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The FCA issued warnings on 17 December 2025 and 10 November 2025 that Jonny Mitchell's operations provide financial services without authorisation.
Jonny's Traders is also not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). Licensed brokers and advisers in Türkiye can be looked up in the official SPK database.
🚨 SIGNS OF FRAUD
- Operator identity: Jonny Mitchell is a 32-year-old British trader who currently lives in Bali.
- Unlicensed operation: Jonny's Traders offers copy-trading and investment advice services without the permission of the Financial Conduct Authority.
- Misleading "free" promise: The operation claims that the copy-trading service is "100% free". However, investors must deposit money with a broker for the service to work.
- Hidden fee model (referral commissions): Jonny's Traders earns its money from referrals to the brokers where investors are placed. Investors are not aware of this.
- Company status risk: The operator's UK company is under threat of being struck off. The threat arose because the company's accounts were not filed on time.
- VIP membership upsells: Alongside the free service, high-priced "VIP" and "Premium" packages are sold.

- Choosing a licensed broker: Copy-trading and forex transactions belong with licensed and supervised institutions only.
- FCA supervision: Before working with any broker or adviser, the official SPK database is the place to look.
