NewRockwood Scam Warning: Fake Banker Interview Ads

If you watched a video in which a bank manager says on television "give up the loan and turn to investing" and were then directed to a trading screen called NewRockwood, the scheme you met is one that has been the subject of an official warning in Europe. The platform operating under the domain newrockwood.ai is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).
🎬 From a Fake Interview to a Trading Screen
According to the warning of the Belgian financial markets authority (FSMA) on this scheme, the process begins with investment ads with celebrity images and deepfakesTR that use well-known faces. The scheme works step by step as follows:
- An account is opened with a small "starting amount"; sometimes a remote access program is installed.
- Profits with no real counterpart are shown on the panel.
- "Account managers" who keep callingTR ask for new money with time-limited opportunities.
- When a large withdrawal is requested, an excuse of tax, commission or a "verification fee" appears.
🔍 Verified Traces of NewRockwood
- Official warning: In a warning published by the Belgian FSMA in April 2026 on fake bank manager interviews, NewRockwood (newrockwood.ai) is listed among the platforms to stay away from. The same list also includes the names MSF, Nova Trade Core and NowWeTrade.
- Domain: newrockwood.ai was registered in June 2025 through NameSilo.
- Access: Instead of content, the site greets the visitor with a security verification screen; this is a common way of avoiding automated review.
⚖️ SPK Authorisation and the Official Basis
NewRockwood is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); the name does not appear in the list of intermediary institutions authorised by the SPK. Before investing, check whether a platform is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).
