Sapphire Markets Scam Warning: Withdrawal Limits, Not Licensed

Withdrawal requests being answered with “only a set amount can be withdrawn each time” is the common point in the reports about Sapphire Markets. The scheme, which had users open forex accounts through sapphiremarkets.com, gained trust by growing the balance slowly and then left messages unanswered at the withdrawal stage.

In short: Sapphire Markets is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The scheme holds a company registration only in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and it has been reported to restrict withdrawals and stall users. Claiming back the money sent is legally possible.

⏳ Withdrawals in Pieces, Then Silence

  • Small but regular gains are shown on the account in the first months.
  • Withdrawal requests are first restricted by a fixed upper limit.
  • Even the limited request goes unanswered; contact with the representative is cut off.

🔍 Company Registration and Domain

The domain was registered in May 2021 and the site cannot be reached today. The only record the brand shows is a company registration with the financial authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which does not supervise forex activity; it also has no authorisation on the UK FCA register. Sapphire Markets is not on the SPK list of authorised brokerage firms; under SPK decision No. 8/297, intermediation by such platforms from Türkiye counts as unauthorised activity.

🧭 The Legal Process

For the amounts sent, the options for a refund from an overseas firm are examined; for the accounts where the money is traced, the conditions for a precautionary attachment (freezing order)TR are assessed. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Are Sapphire Markets and Sapphire Yatırım the same?

No. Sapphire Yatırım is a separate scheme run through Turkish-language Telegram channels, while Sapphire Markets is an offshore brand using the address sapphiremarkets.com.

Why does a fixed withdrawal cap matter?

In schemes of this kind, the withdrawal cap is a tool for holding the money and stalling the investor; the limited request often ends without result as well.

Does a Saint Vincent registration mean a licence?

No. A company registration there does not permit forex activity; the only authorisation valid in Türkiye is an SPK permit.

Why does sapphiremarkets.com not open?

The site is not responding at present; this also removes access to open accounts in practice.

I am a victim of Sapphire Markets. What can I do?
