Pax Forex is an offshore forex and CFD broker, also known under the PaxForex brand, operated by Laino Group Limited, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The brand's history is documented not by a regulator but by a court decision: it was sued in the United States for offering unregistered leveraged trading, and a permanent ban was issued.

⚖️ The US Lawsuit and the Permanent Ban

In September 2020 the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) sued Laino Group Limited, saying it offered leveraged currency, metal and crypto trading to US customers without registration; in 2021 a federal court imposed a permanent trading and registration ban on the company. A Saint Vincent registration, however, is not valid for investment services in Türkiye. SPK Decision No. 8/297 treats intermediation for such platforms from Türkiye as unauthorised activity.

🚩 What Does a Bonus Spread Over Months Mean?

Pax Forex announces a "loyalty bonus" equal to the amount deposited, credited to the account in monthly instalments rather than all at once. This scheme pushes the user to keep the money on the platform for a long time and to postpone withdrawals so as not to lose the bonus.
