FX Paramount (fxparamount.com) Scam: Four Licence Claims

FX Paramount was a platform that said it offered "forex, CFD, share and commodity trading" at fxparamount.com. The most striking feature of the site was that it listed the regulatory registrations of four different countries on the same page. Today the domain has been put up for sale; no reachable counterpart remains for the investor.

🚩 A Display of Licences From Four Countries

On archived pages the platform showed the registrations of ASIC in Australia, FFMS in Russia, FSC in Bulgaria and FSPR in New Zealand side by side. No foreign registration is valid for investment services in Türkiye; moreover, whether a licence number belongs to the company on the site can only be verified from the relevant authority's own register.

FX Paramount is not authorised in Türkiye by the SPK and does not appear in the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017 treats intermediation for overseas leveraged trading platforms from Türkiye as unauthorised activity.
