Stonewall Capital Scam: Withdrawal Fee Demands

Stonewall Capital is a platform at stonewall.capital that offers share and CFD trading and gathers registrations with the slogan "zero commission on first trades". After registration, users who deposit money are called by a team; when a withdrawal is requested, an extra fee is first made a condition.
🚩 Why Is Withdrawal Tied to an Extra Fee?
The site describes the account in three steps: registration, first deposit and identity verification. After the first deposit, representatives step in and, in a set-up of representatives who keep calling the userTR, steer the user towards depositing larger amounts.
- Withdrawal requests are left in "processing" status for a long time.
- A new payment is requested for the money to leave, under names such as "settlement fee", tax/VAT or blockchain "gas fee".
- Some users have reported that trades were opened without their approval and that access to the account was then closed.
🔍 Domain, Phone Numbers and Representative Names
The domain stonewall.capital was registered in June 2022; besides English, the site has Malay, Japanese, Indonesian, Hindi and Urdu versions and so targets users in Asia. Reports mention the numbers +44 7347 110028 and +44 7592 124970, and representatives using the names Raffi Asnan, Sarah Wijaya and Samuel Wiratma. In reply to an enquiry, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) stated that the firm is not authorised by it.
Stonewall Capital is not authorised by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); its name does not appear in the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. SPK Decision No. 8/297 dated 24.02.2017 treats acting as an intermediary from Türkiye for foreign leveraged trading platforms as unauthorised activity.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
The scheme of tying withdrawal to an advance payment is not seen on this brand alone; we have previously covered platforms that follow the same steps.
- CIFMarkets: advance payment for withdrawal on a CFD account
- Elitequestmarkets: a payment requested as a "withdrawal tax"
- Fidor Global: an extra payment demanded on a forex accountTR
- SmartSTP: investment grown through account manager pressureTR
🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
- A record of the deposits and fee payments is drawn up and the route a victim follows is determined.
- For amounts sent abroad, the options for getting money back from an overseas forex firm are assessed.
- The criminal side is handled under the provisions on qualified fraudTR.
