ARTX MAX APP is a mobile investment app shared directly in WhatsApp chat groups rather than on a website. A person added to the group is first given market commentary and then encouraged to make "profitable trades" through this app.

⚖️ The Official Warning and the Position in Türkiye

The CNMV warning entry gives no domain name for the app; distributing it through shared links makes it easy to change the address often. In Türkiye, authorised intermediary institutions appear on the SPK list. Capital Markets Board Decision No. 5/173 of 3 February 2017 contains a warning on unauthorised investment referrals through social media and messaging channels.
