Emperor Financial Scam Warning: FCA Unauthorised Firm Alert

Emperor Financial presents itself as a financial services provider at emperorfinancial.net. The UK financial regulator, the FCA, listed it as an "unauthorised firm" on 20 July 2026. The warning gives only "United Kingdom" as the address and no telephone number, and the domain was registered in December 2025.
🔍 The FCA Warning and Domain Details
- Domain: emperorfinancial.net was registered in December 2025; today it shows no content and redirects to the server's default page.

- Possible link: on 11 December 2025 the FCA also published a warning under the same name for emperorfinancial.org; it has not been confirmed that the two domains belong to the same operation.

🚩 A Scheme Built on a UK Appearance
In schemes of this kind the investor is phoned and told that the firm is "London-based" or "UK-licensed". After a small first deposit, profits are shown on the dashboard, and when a withdrawal is requested, tax and commission demands follow one after another. We described how the callers operate in our article on fake investment call centre operationsTR. A foreign licence claim is not valid for investment services in Türkiye; the firm does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions, and unauthorised capital markets activity is sanctioned under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
