Evest Review: Unlicensed Offshore Forex and CFD Broker

Evest is a brokerage brand that markets forex, share and crypto CFDs in many languages, including Turkish, at evest.com. International financial press describes it as an offshore operation targeting investors in Türkiye and in Arab and African countries.
📜 Which Licences Does Evest Rely On?
The brand refers to registrations with offshore authorities in Vanuatu, South Africa and the Comoros (Mwali); these foreign licences are not valid for providing investment services in Türkiye. Evest was also among the EU investment firms whose UK permissions were cancelled by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) after Brexit. The press reports that the sales teams work from call centres in Cyprus and Israel and that the name Ali Hasan has been mentioned as a manager.
🚩 Draining the Account with an Adviser
- A first small investment is taken through an advert or a cold call.
- An assigned "senior adviser" shows profits and asks for additional deposits.
- The suggested trades quickly push the account down to the margin limit; the withdrawal request is postponed.
This method is a known variant of the "an expert trades on your behalf" schemeTR. SPK Decision No. 8/297 treats intermediation for leveraged trading with foreign entities as unauthorised activity (decision); authorised institutions are listed on the SPK list.
