Finaxis (F1naxis) Capital Scam: Fake e-Government Application Call

A call from a private number or WhatsApp begins with the sentence "your stock market application appears on e-Devlet" (Türkiye's e-government portal). The caller, who introduces himself as Finaxis Capital or F1naxis Capital (f1naxis-capital.net), presents an application that was never made as if it were ready and real, and directs the person to an investment account; once money is deposited, access to the platform is shut off.
🚫 Finaxis Capital's Scam Method
The flow described in user reports has several stages, and at each stage control passes a little more to the other side:
- Unsolicited contact: A call is made from a private number or over WhatsApp; the caller introduces himself as a representative of F1NAXİS Capital.
- A fake official reason: The person is told that they made a stock market or investment application through e-Devlet. No application was ever made; the aim is to move the conversation onto the footing of a "transaction that has already begun".
- Opening an account and depositing: The person is signed up to the platform and asked for a first deposit. People with no stock market experience in particular are targeted.
- Access block: After the money is deposited, the platform "does not allow login", the password keeps being reset, and the account panel cannot be reached.
- Silence: Requests for withdrawal or explanation go unanswered, and the numbers that called earlier cannot be reached.
🏛️ Why Does the "You Have an e-Devlet Application" Lie Work?
The strength of this story is that, instead of making the person decide, it says that the person has already decided. The sentence "your application appears" turns the call from a sales conversation into the completion of an unfinished official procedure. An investment account is not opened through e-Devlet, and no brokerage firm calls a citizen on the ground of an "e-Devlet record".
It is also seen that the same interface is not limited to this story: the platform called Finaxis Capital also appeared as the trading screen in the fake investment scheme run using the Koç Yatırım nameTR that we covered earlier. There, an account manager who introduced himself as "Can Bahadırlı" tried to build trust through video calls and an application called "SpyK" that imitated the SPK. In other words, the same screen is being reused with different "keys to trust" (e-Devlet, a well-known institution's name, a fake SPK application).
🔍 Established Details and Name Variants
- Name variants: Finaxis Capital, F1naxis Capital, FİNAXİS CAPITAL — replacing the letter "i" with the digit "1" splits the name in search engines and warning lists
- Domain name: f1naxis-capital.net (hyphenated spelling with a digit)
- Channels: calls from private or hidden numbers, WhatsApp messages and video calls
- Linked scheme: the number +44 7904 700831 and the "SpyK" application in the scheme that used the Koç Yatırım name
- Timeline: the name entered user reports in mid-2025 and came up again at the end of May 2026
The practical result of the digit-for-letter spelling is this: someone who searches for "Finaxis" may not see the warnings about "F1naxis". Searching for the firm under a single spelling is therefore not enough.
⚖️ Is Finaxis Capital Legal in Türkiye?
Finaxis (F1naxis) Capital is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); the current list of authorised brokerage firms is published on the relevant SPK page. Decision No. 8/297 of the Capital Markets Board dated 24.02.2017 expressly prohibits unauthorised leveraged trading intermediation aimed at people in Türkiye.
Building trust by using the name of an official institution and collecting money through information systems is assessed under the qualified fraud provisions of Article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code. User reports also say that applications were made to CİMER (the Presidency's Communication Centre) and to cybercrime units.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
We have previously covered, under different names, the scheme of calling in the name of an official institution or a well-known brand and moving the person to a fake panel. The common point is that the trust comes not from the platform but from a borrowed name.
- Stock market and fund rescue scheme run under the Koç Holding nameTR
- Call centre operations run by a staff of "representatives" who keep callingTR
- Cloned sites made to look like brokerage firms and banks
🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
- First the whole event and the route the money took are set out; the path the victim follows starts from this stage.
- The act is classified within the framework of the aggravated forms of qualified fraudTR.
- For the unauthorised capital markets activity side, the SPK review and criminal complaint processTR applies.
- The recovery side is assessed through routes for getting money back from overseas forex firms.
