Saranya Investing Scam Warning: Fake Tax and Loan Demands

Saranya Investing (saranyainvesting.pro), which presents itself as a forex company operating in England, is in the spotlight because of reports that it takes investors' money. The scheme was listed on forex warning channels in March 2026, and in June 2026 the same name was reported again under the spelling "SARNYA İNVESTİNG".

🚨 Saranya Investing's Methods
User reports show that the scheme uses the following methods together:
- Easy deposits, impossible withdrawals: Paying in is very easy; the investor is steered towards depositing more and more with excuses such as "for the transaction" or "so as not to miss the opportunity". Withdrawal requests are rejected or suspended.
- Fake high profits: Unrealistically high profits are shown on accounts within a very short time; these profits are the ground for further deposits and the traps that follow.
- Fake "tax" and extra fees: Those who want to withdraw their profit are asked for an "overseas tax" or a tax at a stated percentage. Deducting this amount from the balance is not accepted; it must be paid in separately, and non-payment is met with threats of penalties or an account freeze.
- Account suspension: When a withdrawal is requested, or when the extra payment is not made, the account is suspended; payment is demanded again to reopen it.
- "Loan" and "insurance" excuses: The investor is told that they have unknowingly "taken a loan" from the firm and that no withdrawal can be made until this "loan" is paid.
- Unreachable advisers: After the money is received, the people presented as "financial advisers" stop answering calls and messages.
What these methods have in common is that each stage justifies the next payment. Once the "tax" is paid, a "loan debt" comes up; once that is paid, "insurance"; the withdrawal never takes place at any stage. The "you took a loan" story is especially striking: the investor is made to feel indebted to the firm in order to withdraw their own money, and the responsibility is shifted to the victim.
The phone numbers with the +44 area code used by the scheme give an impression of a link to England; however, these numbers are virtual lines that can be obtained easily over the internet and do not mean a company registration or a licence.
🔍 "SARNYA İNVESTİNG": The Same Scheme Under a New Spelling
In the reports made in June 2026, the scheme's name appears as "SARNYA İNVESTİNG", with one letter missing and in Turkish capital letters. Such spelling differences have two possible meanings:
- Verbal relay: The name the "adviser" says on the phone is written down as the victim heard it; this shows that the scheme works mainly over the phone and messaging.
- Escaping search results: Operating with new names and domains with similar spellings makes it harder for warnings about the old name to reach the investor.
In either case, offers that come under the name Saranya Investing, Sarnya Investing or a similar spelling should be seen as a continuation of the same scheme.
🗓️ Timeline
- May 2025: First reports, with the address saranyainvesting.pro and the presentation as an "England-based forex company".
- March 2026: The scheme is listed again on forex warning channels.
- June 2026: New reports under the spelling "SARNYA İNVESTİNG".
This period of more than a year shows that the scheme is not a one-off campaign but an operation that has kept looking for new investors for a long time with the same story.
⚖️ Is It Legal in Türkiye? The SPK Position
Even if Saranya Investing claims to operate in England, it holds no permission granted by the Capital Markets Board in Türkiye. Offering forex or investment advisory services to people resident in Türkiye is open only to institutions authorised by the SPK; a claim of being based abroad does not remove this requirement. By its Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017, the Capital Markets Board stated that bringing parties together for leveraged transactions with overseas schemes would be treated as unauthorised activity. Taking extra payments through a fake tax and loan story is assessed under the qualified fraud provisions of the Turkish Penal Code.
