Buying shares a few days before a stock market listing and selling after the IPO is the main product United Traders promotes. unitedtraders.com packages IPO, pre-IPO and SPAC shares as "investment ideas" and says one can start with a small amount; however, it has no authority to offer this service in Türkiye.

🚩 How the IPO Promise Is Built

The site carries return charts from past years and ideas "selected by experts". In structures of this kind, the main problem is that it cannot be independently verified whether the share the user buys is actually held in their name at a custodian.

🔍 Company Registration and the Official Warning

The platform is associated with UT Exchange OÜ, registered in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. In March 2024 the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine listed United Traders among entities providing financial services without a licence in that country. United Traders is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 attaches criminal penalties to unauthorised capital markets activity.
