The site's title is "AI Academy - British Chambers of Commerce"; in other words, the investment offer is presented like training from a chamber of commerce. The British Chambers of Commerce has no connection with this scheme. In this story, the user first opens an account with a small amount and sees quick gains on the dashboard; a withdrawal request is then tied to a commission, tax or "liquidity" payment, and each payment creates a new obstacle.
