Bit AI App Scam Warning: AI Trading App (bitalapp.net)

Bit AI App is a scheme promoted at bitalapp.net as an application offering "automatic earnings with artificial intelligence". Following a warning by ASIC, the financial regulator of Australia, the domain was added on 28 October 2026 to IOSCO I-SCAN, the joint warning system of international securities regulators.
🤖 How Does the "Artificial Intelligence App" Scheme Work?
In schemes of this kind, the process usually starts with a social media advertisement or a fake news page; a name and telephone number are collected through a short form, and then an "account manager" calls.
- After the first small investment, a rapidly growing "bot profit" is shown on the dashboard.
- Payment is often requested in crypto (USDT) or through third-party accounts.
- When a withdrawal is requested, new payments such as tax, commission or a "verification fee" appear.
🔍 What Is Known About bitalapp.net
The domain bitalapp.net was registered in March 2026 and entered the IOSCO I-SCAN list following a warning originating from ASIC. The platform does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions. SPK's decision No. 5/173 of 03.02.2017 expressly treats unauthorised investment guidance over the internet and social media as unlawful.
