Faena Fondorio Scam Warning: AI Trading Robot and Fake Scarcity

Faena Fondorio is an AI trading platform that pushes users to register in a hurry with a promotional page titled "Official Website [2026]" and a warning that "the next round is opening, places are limited". Australia's ASIC has warned about faena-fondorio.org for unauthorised activity.
🚩 The "Places Are Filling Up" Pressure
The countdown and "limited places" wording on the page aim to make a person fill in a form without researching the platform. On sites of this kind, a representative calls after registration, asks for a minimum deposit to start the robot, and shows profits in the first days. Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code regulates this method as qualified fraud committed by using information systems as a tool.
🔍 Information Identified
- Domain: faena-fondorio.org, registered on 9 September 2026.
- Products offered: an automated robot for crypto, share and CFD trading.
- Company information: no transparent company name or address is given. It does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions.
🧩 What Is on the Site's Front Page?
On a close look at the Faena Fondorio page, a second brand called Astrax appears in the security and company sections. Using two different brand names on the same page suggests that the site is built on a ready-made template shared with other operations; templates like this are put back online on new domains with the name changed.
- Entry amount: the page and the "user reviews" section mention a starting deposit of about 250 dollars; a low entry amount is chosen to make the first step easier.
- Success claims: there are tables showing an "85% success rate" and a profit ranking; no trading record confirms them.
- Use of logos: the logos of Binance, Bybit, Crypto.com, OKX and CoinDesk are lined up to give an impression of partnership; no connection with these companies has been identified.
- Office claim: offices are said to exist in the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Australia and Canada, but no address is given. Contact is only through a chatbot (with an "online operators" counter) and a form; no telephone number is shared.
- Footer note: the site itself states that it "does not provide trading, brokerage or investment services", while the consent text says the contact details entered may be shared with unnamed third parties. This matches the lead-collection pattern in which the details of the person who fills in the form are passed to call centres that phone them.
We explained how these lead-collecting sites use the data in our article on the fake investment call centre operationTR.
